Before accessing the stadiums, fans will go through a “mag and bag” area, to prevent the entry of weapons, bottles, cups, jars, cans or thermal boxes. Food and drink of any kind can be bought inside the stadium only and smoking will not be allowed in all areas. The series of FIFA’s rules of conduct for the World Cup fans can be checked on the internet.

It is also forbidden to take materials that support racist or xenophobic causes, posters or banners larger than 2 meters by 1.5 meters, gas spray cans, corrosive, flammable substances, paints, ladders, stools or folding seats. Fans will not be allowed to enter the stadiums carrying fireworks, flares, bombs, megaphones.
In the stadiums it will not be allowed to enter with any instrument that produces excessive volume, such as megaphones, sirens, their vuvuzela and also caxirola – presented by Bahia musician Carlinhos Brown as a kind of Brazilian “vuvuzela” that had the support of the federal government.
It is also prohibited to enter with large bags, backpacks, luggages and sports bags. FIFA will also be very strict with large quantities of paper and dust, such as flour and similar substances.
The federation recommends that the fans are attentive to the seat indicated on the ticket, because they cannot change place, nor stand on the seats. Racist and xenophobic insults or insults that stimulate any kind of discrimination will not be tolerated. Promoting a political or ideological message or for any charity is also prohibited.
